"Before coaching with Sandy I was in a rut struggling with my mental health, confidence, self worth, and motivation alongside other things. I had been unemployed for a few months, and was also feeling financially burdened. Needless to say, all factors were negatively impacting my life and the relationships within it. With Sandy's help I was able to focus on small tangible tasks on a weekly basis, which granted me a sense of accomplishment without becoming overwhelmed. She helped me work through my negative habits of procrastination, and held me accountable throughout our time spent together. Sandy also helped me to understand the importance of energy; in particular the things which give and take energy away from me so that I can be more mindful. She helped me to shift my mindset into a more positive and productive place, which in turn benefited my coping mechanisms and altered my outlook on life. Throughout our sessions I began to feel like a new, and better version of myself. I secured a new job, developed healthy routines to benefit my overall well being, let go of situations that were no longer serving me, and improved relationships with those I love. Although the entirety of the experience was amazing, I truly loved Sandy's ability to listen and really make me feel heard. She has an open heart, and listens without judgment while doing a wonderful job of providing guidance."

Before coaching with Sandy I struggled with stress eating and the emotions I had around it. I started her program and little by little she had me answering questions I'd never think to address or ask myself. The process was enlightening and I felt like I was slowly gaining control back of my life. I had a lot of a ha moments but what I learned the most was setting boundaries with myself and others. I schedule and plan time around my five priorities that I have set for myself which brings joy to me and my family. Without a coach wouldn't have been able to identify or guide myself through this process. What I loved most about catching with Sandy was the feeling of comfort with her. I was able to express my deepest vulnerabilities without any judgement or embarrassment. She was extremely compassionate, caring and professional.

"Before coaching with Sandy, I struggled with keeping track with my tasks and staying healthy. Then Sandy taught me that clearing the clutter in my life helped me move forward with my daily tasks. I learned Journaling could be a healthier and happier way of releasing the tension that I felt in my body. And that a little bit of prep work could help me stay happier.
